Anybody have any experience with this group? http://twincommander.org/Looks like they want $50 to join, but not clear what you get if you do. Wondering if this is where TC pilots hang out or if they have an active forum somewhere else. Mike C.

I was trying to get smart on Commanders and their site has an amazing amount of information. With Bruce Byerly's input, Twin Commander's resource ( http://twincommander.org/), along with some other mentors, I spent about a year looking into the fleet......now own a 500S being refurbished at Commander Aero in Dayton. I don't think it would have happened without a couple of wonderful folks and the huge volume of "gouge" to be found at twincommander.org- O'B

What is really needed is a owners group based around a power plant not a manufacturer or airframe.
The TPE-331 owner group. The fleets that use this engine are too small to support a large group or active forums.
