Username Protected wrote: Congrats Brad. When are you listing the Aerostar? Soon, Aerostar should be out of annual next week. I actually like the process of selling an airplane but might take her to Jim Christy so I can fully concentrate on Avanti training, plus no room in hangar for 2-A's So far just get used to airplane training with Hunter Cuthbertson in GMU. His maintenance shop (SAI) seems pretty impressive. Service manager-Marshal is ONLY 40ish years old and has worked on Avanti since Avanti sent green aircraft over to Stevens to be completed. Music to me ears to have a good shop so close! Planning to train in my Airplane early Jan. with Doug Carmody- Executive Flight Support My insurance has surprisingly approved them for full check out. Insurance requirements of only 15 hours for me are too low and I will be going to Flight Safety Feb 8th. Trying to decide full initial course of 13 days or recurrent of 6 days. Lots of systems to master. She flies like you dream an airplane should fly if Bob Hoover and Michelangelo built her together. Yesterday after takeoff Hunter said take it to 8500 feet then give me 45 degree bank at 200 knots, maintain 8500. After a 360 he said now other direction. By then I was grinning like Jack Nickolson in Batman...and yes I got the wake turbulence when I leveled the wings. phun phun

Regarding the 02 in Germany. I heard today that there is an LOI in place on it now. The supply is getting smaller...
