Giving Cirrus and the SF50 a run for the money?

http://www.avweb.com/avwebflash/news/Po ... 997-1.html

Why is the coolest light airplane stuff happening in Eastern Europe right now?

To name a couple....

And EASA certification is much quicker - and a backdoor entry into FAA. So if all goes swimmingly, don't be surprised if this thing hits the market before the SF50.

But as an aside - is there really now way of making these things look good? They all look like some bastard child of the Heinkel He-162:

Chris, I'm Polish (well 1/2). That is just the way we do things.

You see, when you crack it in flight for that emergency landing you have the added benefit of a massive air brake. Go Poland!!!

Wings are detachable in less than 5 minutes? That alone would scare me.

You guys are awfully harsh. What could possibly go wrong with a Polish jet equipped with suicide doors and detaching wings?

Buncha haters.

Buy me one. I'll fly it. I think it's kind of cute.
