Does the 604 have a SFAR like the MU?
No nothing like that, just $250mm liability. Went from mid $20’s to upper $40’s in a couple years.

Now if they ever got single pilot authorization, then I'd be very interested. Mike C.

Obviously all the Lear flying is two pilot, always the same couple of pilots, and the "Team Sport" nature of the operation is very enjoyable to me. I like being the right seater running the whole orchestra. I like being the left seater concerned primarily about where the dirty side is pointing. I will fly at night and in bad weather with a crew any day.

That make me sick. My insurance was around $8000 on my MU2 Marquise. Yes, it was a few years back, but $25k/year insurance is a big deterrent to operating a low cost twin turbine airplane. Makes chartering a lot more attractive for low utilization.
