Great write up. It is good to see real world numbers.
Just an observation. The old rule of taking you fuel costs and multiplying by three is darn close in your case on a per hour basis.

The $9k repair was really part of the purchase price. Perhaps the cylinder was already on it's way out too? Those two really adversely impact your maintenance and repair figures. It worked, the plane sold back then for $321,000. Would probable bring over 400K now.
