The real ones have a much better paint scheme too - not sure about that green...

Easy to fly or not... underwriters freak out when they see 0 turbine time.

No they don't. I had 0 turbine time and went straight into the "twin turbine from hell" with no issue at all. In fact everyone told me I was crazy and wouldn't be able to afford the insurance on the MU2. I was actually pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how cheap.

James, did you have twin time? My guy has neither, so that may be the issue.

Total SF50 deliveries by end of 2017: 22

(Assuming serial #25, N507SA, was delivered, registration is in a weird state.)

Deliveries by quarter:

4Q2016: 3
1Q2017: 0
2Q2017: 2
3Q2017: 7
4Q2017: 10

One is foreign (serial #14), rest are US.

I just got back from the Cirrus International Sales event for the last 4 days in San Diego.

We were shown a video of an actual chute deployment for the Jet. The video showed the climb to altitude and then the pull, complete chute deployment, and four separate angles of the SF under canopy. There was an after event picture of the test pilot and team celebrating their success.

They also shared production floor pictures of Vision Jets in various stages of completion.

Two Vision Jet owners were in attendance, they, are one would imagine, are SOLD on its capabilities.

One of the guys owns/manages several other Jets.

They ramped production 5x in just 2 quarters. That's pretty impressive growth!

Still waiting to personally see one in the wild. Every photo I see of one seems like it's a lot larger aircraft than I once imagined.

Extrapolating that trend, they will deliver the following aircraft in 2018:

1Q2018: 22
2Q2018: 50
3Q2018: 112
4Q2018: 250

Must be true, its math!

It’s great to see dozens of SF50’s taking to the sky each quarter now!

Some of the Q4 deliveries may have been built in earlier quarters but were waiting for some piece of paper to be completed.

Correct.

To be clear, my numbers were deliveries as measured by registrations, not production, thus airplanes at least nominally in the hands of customers.
