That's a commercial endeavor in Germany. A bunch of people get paid to make that stuff, and I'm pretty jealous! http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com/Looks like they've added some details, too, or at least added them to the video. I dig the Tupolev passenger plane doing a go-around, complete with pitch attitude change, the big Antonov, and the 707 on fire.
