And in some ways a lot more capable (probably Cat II and CatIII stuff) I was talking to the M2 sales guy late yesterday about the capabilities of the G3000 system (which compared to the G1000 anyway is really pretty impressive) and was asking him some questions about its capabilities compared to Apex. One of the comments he made was that Cessna had gone to Garmin because when they needed something done Honeywell never seemed to care whereas Garmin is always ready to try to deal with issues quickly. He said that Garmin had a big learning curve to catch up to jet and turbo prop capabilities but was making rapid progress and trying like hell. Just an observation of BK's progress on GA products would reinforce what he said I think.

Wonder why they can't get a generator online, then shut down only to wonder why the engine keeps motoring? That was supposed to be in confidence!

And, hello, my name is Bill. It looks like I am the only one who thinks Honeywell Primus Apex roundly KICKS THE BUTT of: PL21 Universal Garmin Gxxx GNS-XLS and everthing else I've ever flown? This surprises me tremendously.
