Here is a pic inside the wing. I noticed the pitot mast was warm but not hot. Replacing heat elements which slide into mast and are line replaceable.
Visiting CAM in Fort Worth to swap the elements before I continue home...look what I found...

Wiring harness going over a sharp rib, expando sleeve not good enough protection for that. Ty wraps not clipped off. Looks like corrosion prevention spray elsewhere, very nice. And no corrosion, also nice!

I would be very grateful to get a step by step process for getting edges of your boots looking like new. especially stripping/prepping the old.
My edges look old, cracked, peeling and lousy while the boots are pretty decent.
I don't have a clue how to refurb but want to.
I think i'd like to loan Jesse my airplane for a couple months along with my credit card. I'm certain it would be returned worth more than the investment. Well done!
