Mike Was watching that plane. How did you handle the 500hrs to OH? Just boroscope and plan on a 91 HSI?
I have sold four 1As and have done 2 hot sections this year alone so I've learned a ton about these engines. I'm no longer scared of engines approaching TBO. It has on condition blades so yes, I'd just hot them and keep going or swap them with something better.

600s likely coming out and TXIs going in. Garmin autopilot is in the very near future for legacy Citations.

Well dang! I’ve already got one now! But you will unload it with ease, MU2s are epic airplanes.

Mike Mike, Any hesitation making the deal considering the lack of thrust reversers? I have been following the 501 market like the others. Are sellers holding firm on the pricing or do cash buyers have some leverage when making deals on Klingon jets? That 600/750 combo is nice. The buttons on the 600 are user friendly and easier in the chop.

This is hard to believe but for a non-contaminated runway, I cannot tell any difference in landing distances with or without TRs. The book also agrees with me and offers no credit for TRs. Non TR planes are about 200lbs lighter and about 5-7kts faster. They are also less maintenance.
Long story short, TR or no TR is not really on my decision matrix. I think prices are holding up pretty nicely. Most of the good planes have been snapped up. We started a little local revolution with these airplanes and have a small Klingon Air Force of 501s.

The only reason TRs are installed is to let everyone know that you have arrived.

My boss has been looking for a "driver" to leave in Europe and also looked at this plane. I saw an upside of not having TR's as weight saving. For sure Congratulations Mark , one of the days I need to head up your way, based here in PMP.
