Does a guy just do it and see if "papers" drop via certified mail from her lawyer? Do you like, beg? Do you just hide it? How do we get the second airplane deal done? My approach is pretty simple. Let the house get a little run down, let the paint get aged, appliances on the blink, carpet needs replacing, etc. Then, tell her you want a Cub or what ever you're wanting. She'll say, "You want another airplane, look at this house!". You're response, " You're right, if I get this stuff done, we have a deal?" If she says no deal, don't fix anything, let it get worse, she"ll break. Rocky needs to explain the technique for getting to 5 airplanes!

THANK YOU! You guys remind me how lucky I am. My wife says she doesn't care so long as the bills are paid, the kids educated and we have enough for our retirement plans.
Really, if you're a responsible person and can afford it, I would think it can't be that hard a sell.

You'll hate wheel landings at first...... and then....... oh my....... you won't. Thanks Mike. I'm really looking forward to getting comfortable with the plane and using it to explore the California coastline at 1000', 1940's style
