I can’t imagine paying twice the price of my Mustang to buy one, regardless of how much newer it would be. Yeah, those people who can pay over 2 million for a brand new jet, they sure are dumb. I can't believe they've been suckered out of all that money. Must be hard being so dumb, that all you can do is throw away a small part of your millions on it. They're not even smart enough to get their money back from those thieves at Cirrus. They must all be fresh lottery winners, since smart people who've worked hard for their money, and made smart choices to be able to afford a new jet, wouldn't throw away money on a useless toy.

It’s just not a strong value proposition unless you like Koolaid. A strong value proposition is in the eye of the beholder. That's why we have so many choices in cars, planes, houses, places to live, etc. It baffles me that so many people are unable to accept that for someone, a Vision Jet is perfect, and for another, a Bonanza fills the need. Wish the owner of any plane well, they've made a choice that works for them. With or without "kool aid".

There is now a Cirrus SR22 in the hangar. Huh? The “pro” pilot wants an SR-22 for that night/IMC/mountains flight instead of an SF-50 ????

NO, the SR22 belongs to a friend of the person that bought the Jet, I am allowing them to sublease the hangar. I have no idea where the Jet and Pro Pilot are or if they are still flying it.
It was apparently a disappointment for the missions they had envisioned, pun intended.

There is now a Cirrus SR22 in the hangar. Would the same "pro-pilot" refuse the same mission in a Meridian, TBM or PC12? Single engine, being single engine and all.

I fit fine in all but the Vision I sat in was the most comfortable from a pilot perspective by far. Also easy to get in and out of. Exactly. My wife loved it too, front and back seats. There's just not $2M and 65gph worth of places we need to go.

There's just not $2M and 65gph worth of places we need to go. When you put it like that....2M buys a lot of charter, small jet or a SETP. It might seem expensive, but the customer is paying for somebody to take away ownership and pilot hassles.
