Well we have the new to us 340 back in Addison after a very thorough prebuy by Juan Oviedo at DFW Aero Mechanix. These guys are incredible and I highly recommend them for anyone buying a twin Cessna, King Air or Citation. We are starting the annual now, and then after a paint makeover , its off to the avionics and interior shop. I will post a pic or two as we go.

Congratulations Doug. +1 on Juan and DFWAM - great shop, great people and Juan is a very competent and knowledgable pilot.

Look forward to reading up on the upgrade progress.

update. We have changed the N number to N512HP( anniversary and our grandparent names Honey and Pops). The squawk list is getting whittled down. The interior is going good, and the panel layout is being finalized. Pictures coming soon

I like it! We'd have to end in LP. Slightly different with Lollie and Pop. :D

Hey Doug I think I'm a year behind you in your 340 adventure. I live on a 2800 foot strip with water off one end so I've also been thinking of a STOL 340 plane. Do you (or does anyone) know of any that came up after yours for sale and that still might be available?

Just wait a couple of months and Doug will sell you his 340 when he step up to a turboprop :D
