Richard, thanks for the winglet pirep. Is that a paper extra hour or have you seen it happen in living color?

Craig -

Those are real numbers. The plane is here at CRQ and we know the Tamarac guys personally. We have flown in the airplane and seen the performance improvements first hand.

Here are actual flights in their CJ with fuel burn numbers:

That's great! Thanks again for sharing your experience. How fast are they cruising in that thing at 40k'? What's a realistic time to climb directly to FL410?

Block to block fuel burn is nice and low. I don't know about the original CJ,but the S/II can do 104% N1 at altitude. Seems like they're pulled back a little.

The standby attitude indicator looks a little questionable...

:pilot: Well it was VFR out the day we did the test flights for the 750s. Didn't seem too necessary to spin up the standby!

I'm kind of in love with the idea of the SJ30. I tend to like off the beaten path things, and that sucker really fits the profile aside from being capable of doing what I want SP. If it's good enough for Morgan Freeman, surely a low rent mofo like me will be more than happy with it, lol.

My thoughts exactly. How 'bout we start a group buy? :D

It's a little faster, but it only has 3300 mile range. (Air Force R-12 variant has 2 seats)
