For the record, I think that the Piaggio looks great! The noise signature, eeehhhh. Buy all noise complainers a beer or send chocolates... Problem solved!

HaHa, you are right Mark my Baron is old and ugly, also it’s a family heirloom.

We can argue about beauty forever. I like the Avanti but exterior looks aren't why I bought one. Performance for money was my primary driver. And my wife gets a nice flushing potty and this beautiful interior to hang out in.
Now for training, which should start in the plane next week. I go to Flight Safety on 10/26. Can't wait! Congratulations Tony, you will love the airplane! PBI is a great place for training as well, with a great set of instructors. Most likely with COVID crap going on you will get your own private instructor for the class. Ask to utilize the simulator instead of the ground trainer early on - they are more than accommodating and you can easily double your sim time that way for free! The biggest surprise is when you first lift off in your new Avanti, climb through 2 thousand and decide to go "speaker" and slip off your headsets - only to find its QUIETER with the headsets off.....  Your wife won't be interested in ever changing airplanes again I guarantee you that unless you decide to upgrade to a Gulfstream.

Actually banned at only one US airport. The aforementioned KSMO.
Naples made noise but never did anything after Avantair bit it and they didn't have to listen to it regularly.
I think it sounds cool as hell.....
