ROC is 2000fpm without even trying. So, you're at 15,000 feet in a little over 7 minutes. I dont understand why they didnt have you climb to 27k, remember this is a demo flight. If I was demoing a TBM I would want to check it out at 27k. Like you said, it climbs at 2000 fpm, thats another 6 mins. It may resemble a Meridian but thats were it ends, totaly different.

Think of the TBM as a Meridian, but built strong/proper with good range and speed.
Think of the PC-12 as a single engine King Air 200 or 350.
Regards, I agree and disagree. Since I feel operating costs would be close to the same, I keep them in the same category. Do I want speed? Or do I want comfort and load hauling?
