Thanks for sharing this video. With 4000+ hours in Lears I really enjoyed it. The Lear really is a great airplane. I was at the top of my game when I was flying steam gauge Lears all over the US. The 25D was an absolute rocket. Well built airplane.
I do chuckle at the claim that a 35 has the ability to fly SFO to Hawaii with 8 passengers, a headwind, and full reserves. Lol. Yeah right. I wouldn’t even take a Lear 36 for that.

I wouldn’t even take a Lear 36 for that. LOL. Maybe they're including the glide from FL450. Or maybe they have the rare Raisbeck 110 gallon tip tank addition that adds a 55 gallon plug to each tip. Yes, they did. It came with a gross weight increase and yes it was a bit of a pig until it burned off the extra, but it did buy you enough range to make it across the Atlantic non stop (eastbound) most of the time. I know of a 36 with the XR tips that does CDB to HNL. IMO, no seat is comfortable enough for that trip.
