If it is a restart turbo, run up the MP and hold FF down to Peak TIT +20 ROP (or whatever the charts show as max power)?
Engine may not love it, CHT are gonna climb, but you will be getting a lot of HP while it lasts....
If light on fuel I could see getting 145 @ 9K.
