For the short time they've been at it, their progress has been remarkable. Our progress, when we really put our minds to something, is something to behold. To quote MiB: "1,500 years everybody KNEW the earth was the center of the universe. 500 years ago, everybody KNEW, the earth was flat. 15 minutes ago you KNEW people were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."

The last message from Elon on the subject was that if approvals didn't materialize then Boca Chica would continue as a R&D site and main production and flight operations would move to the cape. That's already underway. The Corps of Engineers response only prevents expansion. The FAA can still approve a limited flight schedule with existing infrastructure. If that doesn't happen then there would be a delay of six months to a year in Starship development as they move everything to the cape, but I'm betting that they'll get the FAA's OK for limited operations based on what they've already proposed.

Wow Looks like CGI... Does not look real.... So insane. What a bunch of incredible people... Seeing this in real time is so humbling. What an amazing accomplishment. And for them, it's just a normal day at the office... wow.

I don’t know - a balanced information source people believed in might enable humanity to focus on things that matter (like building rockets:)
