It comes second only after every turboprop/jet lacking having an approved MEL/MMEL signed off at FSDO. I doubt even 30% of part 91 aircraft have it. ;)

I’ve heard stories about Feds checking O2 gauges to see if the quantity showed full after a long high altitude flight.

Interesting that a guy is working to change the reg. Survey amoungst 2000 pilots showed almost 90% not in compliance.
