Jason, looks like you went with the "go big or go home bush tires" It does look cool. As soon as I sell my V Tail, I am going to buy a taildragger. I figure that I can get a taildragger and the Malibu in the hangar, just cant get the V tail to fit.

No, these are goodyear 26" tires, the blimp tires. They aren't as big as the really big Alaskan Bushwheels, but they are very hardy. Since I operate off of pavement 90% of the time, I would have chewed up the Alaskan Tires very very quickly. These will last a very long time.

i know it will screw up the aerobatic quality, but I really didn't get this plane for aerobatics. I looked really hard at a scout, which can't do them, but couldn't find one that I liked and was in as good of shape as this airplane.

Now to find some river beds and back country strips!
