He might just be looking for something for fun Flying  Hard to go back to the Piston world after getting used to the reliability of Turbines  The Tradewinds Bonanza, could Scratch that itch

The building is incredible... I may actually spend the time to fly there and visit this. The architecture is quite incredible.... Someone is dropping to serious money on this project. Wow...
