Wonderful craftsmanship. Very tasteful paint scheme and colors. You'll never tire of them. Fabulous.

I have spent the last few days getting her ready to install the interior:
-flashed the left generator, extremely satisfying to see such a simple thing make it work. -reindexed the yokes, they are out of a Beech 18 and the single yoke is identical to the Beech Staggerwing. Pretty cool. -double checked cable tensions -greased the 6 million zerk fittings -LPS 3 all the hinges post paint -installed the GB silicon door and tail seals (awesome)
Last on the list is to stick it in the cradle and swing the gear after overhauling one of the actuators. Basically, there are no more chevron seals on planet earth if one of the actuators starts leaking. SO, if you need new seals, you have to machine the actuator to accept modern o-rings.

What is the name of the documentary with the Widgeon flying all around the jungle?
Amazing A2A footage.

Unless I get to the point where it’s a choice of sleeping in a Widgeon or selling it, I hope to enjoy this bird for a long time!

Very nice! How much you paid to get that N number?
