Robert The 120/140 Fly-in was just 40 minutes down the road over the weekend and last week at Tullahoma. I just wasn't in a position to make it :-(

I have an L-2 Taylorcraft.... Think of it like a front seat solo Cub with legroom, and they hooked up the ailerons.
The L-2 however does need a Metal Prop, or an 85 horse conversion, or better yet both.....
And it's a Warbug....

Only one door on a citabria and there is an STC to fly with the door removed. Dave

George Yes... The spoilers are good fun... But, I got cocky once with them close to the ground, landed pretty hard and broke a landing gear bungee.... The bungee was tired... No other harm beyond ego.... The L-2 has a NACA 23012 airfoil like the Bonanza, Baron, King Air, Early Citations, and the Corsair. All airplanes renowned for having wonderful handling characteristics...
