Citation V comes real close. Has old avionics that can be upgraded easily.

If you're looking for those numbers consistently and don't want to wait for an SJ30, find a few qualified guys/gals that you get along with in your area with a few hundred hours in type and pay a daily rate plus expenses for a contractor to sit right seat with you. That way you don't have to hire someone full time and also gain some valuable experience while you're new to the jet yourself. With a good network of a few people, chances are that someone will always be available.

Looks like the SJ30 would be right up my alley, but for the fact that it's not had a great track record in the "staying in business" category. I don't mind the small cabin, but I think others might feel differently.
The PC24 looks like it will be a good fit, if not as good as the SJ30.

The PC24 looks like it will be a good fit, if not as good as the SJ30. PC24 is a huge airplane. Double club seating in the back plus a galley after that. It is the ultimate airplane for me but it's $10MM and they promise me 2020 delivery. I'll be was too old in 2020. Forget it. I'm all about the SJ30. Where can I get one?

It's Murphy's Law. "Can't fly without a co=pilot" is a major failure point.

At 300 hours a year yeah, fair enough. But for 100-150 it's not unreasonable with a little bit of planning.

That thing would be sitting around a lot. A 2 pilot jet is for frequent "coast to coast" travel. It's not for Atlanta to Destin, FL. 100-150 hours a year is a guy doing 250-300NM trips every now and then.

I believe he said he wanted a 2500nm airplane...hardly ATL to DSI.
