Yes but it looked like they lost a Raptor early in the launch, so only 2 for most of the boost phase, then they lost another just before touchdown. I think they did a great job.

They had all three Raptors on liftoff and through most of the climb. The thinking is that the first one shut down on purpose to balance thrust to weight as propellant was burned. This motor was one of the two that re-lit on the landing burn, so it was not inoperative. The second Raptor shutdown, likewise established a thrust:weight that allowed the vehicle to stop at apogee and maneuver on the remaining motor.

The landing burn required only two Raptors, both of which started and ran optimally (judging from the initial exhaust). The one failed due to fuel starvation and the remaining one was unable to arrest the descent on the overly-lean mixture that it was receiving. It probably didn't have enough thrust to do it alone anyway.

I don't think they 'lost' it. Whether it was planned shutdown on the way up or not, they did relight two of them in the landing burn, so I'm leaning towards - the shutdowns were scheduled.

As the weight goes down they turn off engines.
Only needs one to hover at FL410 lol

Header tank issue was already known on ascent via video. Known easy fix.

According to people... their displays were a SEA of red exceedence alarms.

Craziest thing I ever saw.

Before, during, or after the RUD?

What was the issue with the header tank? Showed up on video how, venting?

They have cameras inside and a lot of data.

Sometime mid ascent I heard 'triage alarms' from the feed. It seems like it has been doomed from very early on.

Yeah, 18 seconds in "All teams triage alarms."

LOL, they apparently had a lot going on. Way more than what it looked like from the outside.

Just rewatched. 'All teams triage alarms' is heard at 18s mark.

There is a Spx Video on Twitter looking up directly from the pad right up into the skirt as they struggle to light and maneuver.

Nuts.

I saw clips of that this morning. It's an amazing view. So surreal it looks fake; like something from a Star Wars movie.

Scott Manley has the footage in his YouTube video on the flight. The "up the skirt" shot starts at 7:45.

Here's a link to the whole video:
