This could be my next airplane, but the Pacific NW could be a wintertime challenge. SHHHHH.....I was planning on buying this from Todd after a few winter flights....

This could be my next airplane, but the Pacific NW could be a wintertime challenge. Unfortunately, it will not handle ice and there is no TKS kit. This is the biggest drawback. We are the ice capital of the country here, so I will have to be careful. Climb rate at 10-12k is still 1k per minute with the long wing tips.

That's one mean looking machine Todd. Glasair has such beautiful lines and the paint on that one really compliments them. Be careful out there.

Now I just have to rip out the whimpy 8.5:1 pistons and get some 12:1 replacements. I want to go fast. I can't let Musick cruise faster than me in that spam can.
