I get it. Congratulations. I have about 10 hours in a 6A. Fork your index and middle fingers with the top of the stick in between and fly on. Make sure you have lumbar support (pillows) for longer flights.

I think I'll spend the first year of my retirement to build one. As manufacturer, there is very little you can't do yourself (I believe the transponder check ). Congratulations, I knew this was coming .

Hi Scott. This is the Lycoming O-360, 180 hp. Since the plane only weighs just over 1000 pounds, it's quite a bit of power and speed. I have the Hartzell constant speed prop..

Yeah, love the panel. Here's how the seller described the work he'd done with the electrical system and panel: ------------------------------------ all new electrical system designed with dual alternators, single battery with endurance buss. bob nuckolls Z-13 architecture
standby alternator can be enabled/disabled separately from main alternator
e-buss can send the standby alt and/or battery directly to the e-buss without powering other non-essential items
avionics and electrical system were designed to support comfortable redundancy for hard ifr. can sustain TWO major system failures upon takeoff and still fly IFR as long as there is fuel in the tanks and shoot an instrument approach at the end--------------------------------------------- This doesn't all make sense to me, but it may to some others here.
