One of the most interesting flights in my whole career was landing a C-150 during the early years as a CFI. We touched down flying backwards. A very strange sensation.

Well it is not the low and slow stuff, which is great fun, but last night KDCA-KIAH ATC stopped us at FL360 for a bit. Had 176kts on the nose. Smooth as could be but still, Ouch. Climbed on up to FL400 where the winds dropped off to around 100kts. 737-700. I miss the Champ dad and I rebuilt while I was in high school. Bob
