With the life limits, and what a 12 year annual is going to cost unless this is one of the A500 airframes that had delamination problems, it would be cheaper to buy a MU-2 or Duke or 421 and have money left over for operations. That doesn't take into account that those engines and prop likely are not going to be happy after sitting the past 12 years. Add another $120-$140k.
