For the mission described, I don't think you can beat a Malibu. It checks off all the boxes and then some. The Jetprop would offer additional performance but you'd have UL limitations with the 4 pax mission.

Yeah, neither have I, but if you need more ponies that's what you'll have to do. Experimental, so it's legal, but lots of additional work. I guess one could put high compression pistons into the IO-540 and get more out of it. Van's lists it at 181KTAS at gross with the 260hp lyc. So don't know if going to 300hp IO-550 would make the magical 200KTAS, probably still be shy by a few knots. Now maybe a PT6!!

I think pressurization is going to be required here.
The option of 200kts at 8000 ft works only with a high HP twin at high fuel flows. Not cutting appreciably on your operating cost vs. today. It only works until there are mountains to cross, or bumpy afternoon air up to 12,000, or cumulus buildups, or whatever. Then you're back to the choice of smooth air vs. supplemental oxygen.
The budget cutter option for turbo/pressurized/twin owners with 2 to 4 in the plane has been the Malibu; because you keep the pressurization and most of the speed, but only have one engine to run.

Some are taking it to mean "No oxygen system needed" and others, like me, to mean "I don't want to breathe supplemental oxygen" aka "I want a pressurized cabin.
Paul, which is it? He answered that in the initial post— “ I'd like the cabin < 8Kft. So non pressurized is ok as long as it does 200+Knots at < 8Kft.”

It seems like a Lancair IV would meet your requirements. It might not hold four heavy adults, though.

Mooney Bravo will do it, depending how big the people are.
Edit: you said no O2, so probably not.
