Also, my Foreflight gives me many of those same alerts. Just sayin'... They are marketing to people who buy airplanes apparently. Last time I checked they are selling more GA planes than everyone else combined.

Geez, if I only knew my battery voltage I'd be ready to fly as soon as I got to the airport. Give me a break.
"you get to the FBO, you look out at the airplane, you're confident it is ready" Seems like a stupid thing to say to someone. Eric, I think you’re underestimating the allure of connectedness. From your smart phone, you can see who is ringing your doorbell (and talk to them), you can view all your security cameras around your house, you can see what’s in your refrigerator, you can adjust your home’s thermostat, you can start your car, you can track your teenager, etc. There’s an app for that. That million-dollar airplane buyers would want to feel connected to their plane seems quite 21st Century to me.

Still no beacon. Probably doesn't matter anyway, every single light would be turned on from the time the master is switched on till its switched off.

I always fuel my airplane myself and write down the fuel remaining and battery voltage and Hobbs after every flight. This last time, though, I forgot to turn off my Stratus so its battery is dead by now.

Many times I show up at the airport and it isn’t field though they told me it was.

Me? Just a guy who's owned five Mooneys, three Twin Bonanzas, and won an award at OSH for a 63-year-old twin. Guess I've lost my man card, amirite? Don't worry. I don't have close to the money needed, but I'd like to give one a try someday.
