In the VLJ market pretty much just the Mustang and Eclipse were built for owner pilots. The rest are built for the paying pax in the back with little real estate relegated to the crew. Actually demoing the Honda Jet soon. It does have a fairly nice cockpit. Not large by any means.

I can tell you confidently that the Mustang has the most comfortable cockpit out there for light jets. I've flown most of them (Eclipse, Phenom, CJ, M2, etc). The G1000 avionics mean no hunk of avionics between the seats, so you can swing your legs into the aisle. Plus with the yoke going directly into the panel instead of some thing you have to straddle, well, it's more pleasant.
Not a perfect airplane by far, but the cockpit on a Mustang is the best in the business.
