My neighbor loves his too, pulls his AT-6 into the corner of a larger hangar. As Michael said, the ability to walk side to side to make sure of clearance is amazing.

Michael- I've been looking at different tug options. I'm trying to decide between Best tugs and the robot. I live in the midwest and concerned about how it performs in slippery conditions. Have you used your robot on snow/ ice? I see they have studded treads available as an accessory.

T hangar.

I have a 40EZ with adapters on it for the Bonanza and the 185. I'm really not crazy about how it works with either one. And there's only room for it between the hangar wall and the tail if I hook it up with the tailwheel pointed backwards.

The toy aspect of that robot is almost irresistible. Maybe after the Bonanza sells. . . .

There is no better towing device than these robots. I have 2 of them. They are expensive but worth every cent.

For a technology company, their website sure isn’t very good. Makes me wonder....

I love my acair tug. Pulls/pushes the C400 at 3000+ lbs up and down the ramp, over lips and gaps in the pavement. Even with patchy snow and ice this winter.

It is also a lot of fun. Draws a crowd on the taxiway when I use it. My across-the-taxiway neighbor calls it "tug porn".

Back to the OP, I do have a friend with a Husky who used the Redline with success.

This is the 6,000 robot model towing an 11,000lb airplane. This was just a one time test but this shows what a beast this little robot is.

Pretty neat factory, lots of robots making the robots.

It's an older model but seems to do a good job even on snow covered surface.
