The 421 is big enough, fast enough and quiet enough to keep the whole family happy.
The only thing that erodes any of that is time. No matter what I fly, time is what makes me want something different!
Its a cruel disease sometimes its bigger better, faster. Other times its back country, slower, different.
Only answer. I need multiple airplanes.
The 421 is hard to beat!

The 421 is hard to beat! Carbon Cub and a 421 would be my idea of perfect.... well maybe add a Nanchang CJ6 or Yak 52.....what the hell.... How about one of those little bubble helicopters?... Then partner up on a Citation I or II.... 500 AMU's could get me all of that!!!! Prob spend 100AMU's per year having a great time

Sweet! Now just find me a nice 3500 sq ft house for less than that 421 is worth. And a CRNA job for the misses. I can find something to do.

Agree 100% but I'm not up to the skill level for an MU2 yet.....

The MU2 simply requires some training that is airplane specific. Other than that, it is easier to fly due to it's capability when wounded vs the 421. Next step for me is a PC-12 when my business supports its..
