Yup, but from what I read the difference is Boeing demonstrated taking the plane to a 60 degree bank, and 30 degrees nose up. Neither of which Airbus lets you do in normal law.

That Farnborough 787-9 video is really good. I heard Boeing got reprimanded by the airshow organizers for that touch-and-go then steep bank turn. The wingtip was extremely close to the ground when they started that high bank turn. I bet Airbus must have had a fit. I liked the comment someone made below the Airbus video. "A 787 video would be far more interesting, because of their smoke show. SMOKE ON!!!" Warren
