Username Protected wrote: New listing has more descriptive photos. One in particular shows how the new main gear door cover better. http://www.controller.com/listingsdetai ... 316005.htmIts a wheel cover that articulates off the main door. Its kind of weird when they swing because the wheel cover stows before the main gear door does.

Nice Thread and incredible aircraft. I just wish I had a company to justify this usage and cost for the right off. Maybe in 10 years the price will be affordable for the family of 5 to use for vacations.

"You ever notice how a woman who looks really good at first glance can become, all at once, kind of dull, once you speak with her and she turns out to be dull-witted or just plain mean? And how a woman who might appear "ordinary" (whatever that means) at first look becomes much more appealing once you find that she is mentally sharp, engaging, intellectually challenging?"
This comment reminded me of something important I could only have learned from flying in my small plane. From 7000' altitude, you cannot tell a $5 M home from a $250 K house. From about 2000' altitude, a $1 M Rolls Royce looks about the same as a $2000 Honda Civic, and from only about 600' altitude, you can't tell a 26 yr old movie star from a 70 yr old homeless hag. Kinda makes you think about the relative importance or unimportance of appearances.

When any service gets that expensive, I believe it's time to begin considering 'outsourcing'...
