For RVSM, I've found it to be a slow steady benefit vs a huge benefit on certain flights. I fly on average 4k feet higher than I otherwise would which is frequently 100-200lbs fuel savings a flight. It adds up. I almost never use 350 because of the 11k cabin. There are a few flights crossing a line where the extra altitude is the difference between ice or clear skies but that doesn't happen often.
