Interesting challenge today. Flew from KSAW to KDAL. KDAL is a busy busy place. Landed on 13L..as I departed the runway I had a failure of some sort. I could not hear anyone on the radios nor could they hear me. Complete silence. The last thing I heard was "Dotcom 2091 make first available left contact ground"...."SW xxxx line up and wait". Boom....no radios. What do you do?

Seriously. Never fly without the cheap but priceless backup. Makes a really helpless feeling dissappear when panel goes dead.
Don't forget to charge and test regularly.

Could happen!
Pull on to taxiway.
Squak 7600
Watch for flashing green light or follow-me truck.
( Light signals from runway to FBO might be a challenge at DAL. )

So how did this unfold? Citation (hence the thread ). Radios just quit. Nothing. Pull squelch....nada.

To whom? Where do you find the number? Google? So you are at one of the busiest airports in the world. Single pilot mind you...Stop...Google....love tower. Seems reasonable. Not my first thought though.
