Thanks
Rocky My best friend has one. Bought it about 1.5 years ago. He is VERY methodical in how he shops. What do you want to know? I can put you in touch with him. I'll ask. He is shopping for a turbine one now.... Or do you mean a broker? PM me if you're interested.

Very good friends of mine have acreage, build a barn/hangar to end all hangars, but can't get the permit to land at their house even though the FAA agrees... Long, politically charged process.

Rocky, That is a very nice bird with a wonderful location. Just curious what your plan is to land if the wind is coming upslope pretty briskly?? Congradulations, enjoy the helo.
Luc, with landowner permission your friend should be able to land on his own property unless he's in a city limit that have a helicopter or noise restriction of some sort. I know I'd just do it and keep landing on my own property and let whoever needs too bring the fight to me. Granted, FARs say you cannot put others in harms way. Also, Restricted category helos the rules change a little also.
