Actually the better conversion is from Grove. Right there in El Cajon.

Less money and retains the original brake effectiveness, which is pretty important; plus it keeps the 4" wheel and 800x4 tire. Clevelands go to 800x6. Of course if you are gonna fly off pavement, then the Clevelands might be better in the long run; cheaper tires. The 800x4s don't last long on pavement and they are rather pricy ($276 ea. as I recall).
