Revenue is up. Meridians are ~ $2 million each.

I just attended Operation Raincheck put on by the Piper dealer. Yes, sales are up, to those in the oil business. Seriously, every aircraft they had there was owned by someone in the oil business.

There have been a number of reports with positive spins, but the news isn't really good. Pistons were the bright spot in Q1....up by 13%, but 188 units doesn't raise much revenue. Turboprop (-7%) and Jet deliveries (-22%) were down over 2010.

HBC is showing they increased delivered units, but actual billings are down and the losses increased year over year.

Cessna was Textron's success story, but now has become the problem. They were supposed to return to a profit in Q1, but turned in another loss. Embraer is hitting the CJ line hard. NetJets placed an order for a batch of Phenom 300s recently. CEO Jack Pelton surprised everyone with a quick notice of retirement.

These guys have to get smaller still, and it's getting tough to figure where to cut next. I suppose there's still hope for a pick up later this year.

So are those considered 7 future Beechcraft owners? :bugeye: There was a recent ABS mag article about one gentleman who tried the dark side but came back quickly :)
