Quote: It was a secretly developed stealth helicopter, probably a highly modified version of an H-60 Blackhawk. Photos published in the Daily Mail and on the Secret Projects board show that the helicopter's tail features stealth-configured shapes on the boom and tip fairings, swept stabilizers and a "dishpan" cover over a non-standard five-or-six-blade tail rotor. It has a silver-loaded infra-red suppression finish similar to that seen on some V-22s.

This still a Blackhawk, but it's just been gussied up a bit. On another note: I bet the SEAL who fast-roped with the K-9 has biceps and forearms bigger than my head. I wonder if the pooch was named McGruff. ED: the tailrotor is not from a 66 which had an enclosed design.

These guys train in Key West at the navy training center, army rangers,Seals,Special op's guys,I've watched them hover helo's in the back bay(guessing 50ft off the water) and they jump out,in full gear, swim about 300-500 yards away and crawl up a rope to another Helo, and then do it again, and again, guess till they do it right,(we sit on the boat and drink beer and watch in amazement)If you see them in town they look like small trees, never have trouble distinguishing them from enlisted guys, I have nothing but the upmost respect for our troops and there dedication to this country

When I tried to order a new hard-drive, I was told that this was a 'capital investment' and required everyones signature up to the governor. But if the manager of the supply room defined it as 'consumable' we could order them on the office-supply requisition . So, we started 'consuming' hard-drives from that day on.

You have to be crazy. And I thank the Lord everyday that they are there and are on our side.
