Is the wind being knocked off the sails? I've noticed the same. Several planes just sitting with prices that a year ago would have been very quick to sell.

Same planes have been sitting in the trades unchanged for several weeks.
The only new one I saw was priced aggressively for sale, and sold in a couple days.

Having said that, some airframes are still really hard to buy, we've been shopping for a CJ3... nada. Also a Phenom 300... nada. A couple of B200 clients as well... nada. With the 100% depreciation renewed in the latest Bill, I expect a feeding frenzy going into the end of the year.

So far we haven't seen a feeding frenzy, but things are flowing right now and once the built up a supply from the summer slowdown is gone, scarcity will likely cause the feeding frenzy!
