The P210R I got to fly had A/C, but it wasn't very good.

If you want A/C in most P-210s you gotta climb to “FL120” or higher. Otherwise, you have to deal with what Mother Nature offers. My instructor asked me why I planned a flight to 8500 in the 182. I told him - I didn’t plan for 8500 feet and got a curious stare. I planned for 68F! He laughed and we finished the brief and up we went. If it was 68F at 12.5, I would have climbed up there.
