Usually there is a guy or gal or who knows half the fleet. I am looking for an agent not a broker. What's the market price for flat fee agent on a $1MM+ acquisition? $20K?
FYI: TBM 700

Without reservation Neal.
Neal helped me buy my TBM about 5 years ago and was invaluable. Most know of his thoroughness and diligence in researching logs, related paperwork, condition, etc. He brings all these skills to the table as a buyer's agent as well as excellent people and negotiating skills. Those are tested in every transaction, in my experience, as there are always issues that develop in a transaction.
Neal knows the TBM models and is well connected in the community. He knows the authorized service network and most, if not all, the TBM community brokers. But, unlike the authorized dealer network he has no vested interest (and they do and act accordingly) in propping up values.
Neal has helped me acquire two turbine aircraft and I wouldn't consider acquiring another without his assistance.

Neal with Latitude - Add another vote or Chip with Jet Acquisitions
I haven't bought a plane from them but considered a Baron that Neal was brokering and chatted with Chip a few times. Both are really nice and honest folks.
You have already done your research but you might also want to ask them about the Piper Meridian market.
