There's no need to remove the brakes to install. Everything else is correct. I think it took us more time to do the paperwork than to install the speed covers.

Get the new style because you don’t have to remove them to add air.

Thank you. The plane is out for a few weeks getting prop overhauls, but it will be one of our first additions. We want to benchmark it then add the speed caps and get new measurements to quantify the difference for ourselves.

You'll find the biggest difference in high AOA configurations like OEI climb and normal climb (faster climb rate). You'll probably see a few knots in cruise but mainly its climb.

That makes sense to me since the lower portion of the wing is more exposed to the relative wind at higher AOA
