Really great article but why in the world did he test it to beyond CAA required 240 VNE estimating about 270 in 40 degree dive and spin the engine past redline which destroyed the center crank bearing and then the ultra rare engine. There was a machining defect in the bearing so I guess good it showed up then but still they talk about being so careful with it otherwise.
