I wish that his business had been more successful and he was zipping around in a Premier.
Even with the new folks running Mercy, it took a year and 2 months for them to bill my wife’s insurance even after calling 6 months prior. They no longer participate with our insurance and that was an immediate rejection. Now we are on the hook for $6000, about 4x reasonable and customary. That does not help income flow for a business. My wife is also a provider and we both thought highly of Mercy and wanted it to be successful.
Maybe his next venture will net a Premier in the hangar. Portable CT machines in trailers seem to do pretty well for one Premier driver.

This goes back to the pettyness happening recently, going back to Page 10 and before.
OP owned Mercy Diagnostics and, in my opinion, had a great patient-focused business and earned the privilege to have been flying a Citation, which is what the original post was about. Honestly, I suspected that Mercy would be the next big competitor to Roche or Labcorp and Craig would be talking about about running an air force of Bonanzas, Barons, and eventually PC-12s with an upgrade to a Premier 1 or HondaJet for his travels between offices and metros. ...or selling Mercy like he did a previous venture based out of Raleigh, a truly amazing city and hidden gem that was home for me for several years. Craig has given a lot of people in Raleigh good jobs.
My family has used Mercy as a patient were pleased with the patient experience and diagnostics outcome. I volunteered in a medical office that referred patients to them as well as Roche and Labcorp. That office never had a patient complain of a result that was inaccurate and Mercy returned the results quickly. Had the billing and contract negotiations folks done a better job we would likely hear about Craig buying a Premier by now. The doctors that met him spoke highly of him.
I have known who he was for years and think the world of him and his focus on patients.
