I posted this on the PA-31 type 350 club and did not get any takers. Hoping someone here has played around with these handles to get them adjusted so they don't over rotate. Attached is a picture of my handle in the closed position.

That's beyond closed! I've never had to mess with it, but if I did, I would immediately call Mike Jones Aircraft in TN. You'll pick up a couple knots after that's fixed. :dancing:
